Glyn Jones, Non-executive - Chairman,
Hermes BPK Partners LLP
Glyn Jones was appointed Chairman of Hermes BPK Partners in February 2009. Glyn has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Thames River Capital and from 2000 to 2004 was the Chief Executive Officer of Gartmore Investment Management in the U.K. Prior to Gartmore, he was Chief Executive of Coutts NatWest Group and Coutts Group, which he joined in 1997. In 1991 he joined Standard Chartered, later becoming the General Manager of Global Private Banking. Glyn was a consulting partner with Coopers & Lybrand/Deloitte Haskins & Sells Management Consultants from 1981 to 1990. Glyn currently holds non-executive Chairman roles at Aspen Insurance Holdings Limited, a major insurance and reinsurance provider listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and Towry Law Holdings Limited, a prominent UK wealth manager. Glyn is also Chairman of Hermes Fund Managers. |
