The team has grown from six people in 2004 to 27 full-time staff currently, supported by a further four part-time advisers. The team is organised on a regional basis and includes 12 nationalities and 17 languages.
In addition, we have built up the team to contain differing experiences and skill sets in order to engage effectively at board level on all relevant Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues. These include corporate, environmental, human rights, governance, remuneration and strategic experience.

In Australia, Hermes EOS partners with Regnan, an Australian based governance research and engagement provider who carry out engagement on behalf of Hermes EOS clients. Hermes EOS owns 12.5% of Regnan (also equally owned by 7 different Australian institutions) and has a seat on Regnan's board.
