Hermes Real Estate Expands its Asset Management Team

Hermes Real Estate Investment Management Limited (HREIML) has today announced that it has appointed Stephen Ellis as an Asset Manager overseeing a portfolio of industrial and regional office properties.

Previously, Stephen was a Director at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he was responsible for advising clients on industrial, regional office and nationwide portfolios. Ahead of joining JLL, Stephen was a Fund Manager at Royal & SunAlliance.
