Hermes Equity Ownership Services Wins Majority Support at Moody’s Investor Services AGM Yesterday

Hermes Equity Ownership Services (EOS) today announced that it had won majority support for a key shareholder resolution at Moody Investor Services AGM calling for a separation of the roles of CEO and Chairman. The proposal, which was co-filed with the Laborers International Union of North America, was supported by 56% of shareholders.
